Our Custom Club Car Build Process
Our custom Club Cars are meticulously crafted using 2-3 year-old Club Car frames as the foundation. Each frame undergoes a thorough acid wash to ensure it is pristine before we rebuild the cart with nearly all-new components.
New parts include:
- A brand-new Navitas Motor & Controller (Electric Carts)
- A rebuilt Club Car motor (Gas Carts)
- A new Eco 105 Lithium Battery Pack (Electric Carts)
- New wheels and tires
- Brand-new suspension and lift kit
- New upgraded marine-grade custom seats
- A 4-speaker Bluetooth audio package (Electric carts come included w Subwoofer)
- New front and rear brush guards
- A new rear seat kit with storage and cupholders
The only original parts on our carts are typically the steering wheel and dash boxes.
